Our neighbours are collecting wood for their winter fires. Nos voisins ramassent du bois pour leurs feux d’hiver.

We buy a local delicacy in a market. Nous achetons une spécialité locale sur un marché.

12th September 2025: cleaning the house
We are cleaning the house and, as is the custom, we hang the carpets out of the windows to air. Nous nettoyons la maison et, comme c'est la coutume, nous suspendons les tapis aux fenêtres pour aérer.
11th September 2025: migrating martins
Above the cliffs we spot hundreds of migrating martins. Au dessus des falaises, nous apercevons des centaines d'hirondelles en migration.

There is always something new in the village. This time a new playground. Il y a toujours du nouveau au village. Cette fois, une nouvelle aire de jeux.
21st April 2025: Easter day
We drive down to our house in the Lot on Easter day. The village has organised an Easter egg hunt for the children. Le jour de Pâques, nous revenons en voiture chez nous dans le Lot. Le village a organisé une chasse aux œufs pour les enfants.
