19th June 2016: butterflies emerge

As the weather improves, there are more and more butterflies, including fritillaries. Pendant que le temps améliore, il y a de plus en plus de papillons, y compris les nacrés.

18th June 2016: don't collect the snails!

Snails are a delicacy and so are guarded. Les escargots sont une délicatesse et donc sont gardés.

16th June 2016: mossy paths

There has been a lot of rain and the paths are green and mossy. Il y a eu beaucoup de pluie et les chemins sont verts et moussus.

14th June 2016: Pont Valentine

We have a picnic with a magnificent view overlooking the Pont Valentre – a 14th century fortified stone bridge and now a World Heritage Site. Nous mangeons un pique-nique avec vue magnifique sur le Pont Valentré - un pont du 14ème siècle fortifiée en pierre et maintenant un site du patrimoine mondial.


9th June 2016: a new resident

We appear to have a new resident in the village – a pink scarecrow! Il semble que nous avons un nouveau résident dans le village - un épouvantail rose!


8th June 2016: a new village walk

St John the Baptist, the hermit saint, invites visitors to follow a circuit around the village. St Jean-Baptiste, le saint ermite, invite les visiteurs à faire un circuit autour du village.



7th June 2016: church square - finished!

We are back! The restoration of the church square is finished. Nous sommes revenus! La restauration de la place de l'église est terminée.
